很多大区经理是从单区域或城市销售经理升任上来的,接过大区经理的权杖后,欣喜之余难免也有紧张情绪:自己所管的几个区域,每个区域都有很大的不同,必须采取不同的方法来做不同的市场,但对有的区域往往不知如何做起,更不知对这几个不同的市场如何规划和设计才能做到有的放矢,特别是在进行年初计划和预算时,更不知如何来制定不同的针对性策略。都说有调查才有发言权,大区经理首先必须在相当了解各地的情况后再做规划,但是从何处下手呢?
