在国家大力发展旅游业的背景下,本文分析了酒店类实训课程的教学现状,提出了转变教学理念、课程考核改革、教学方法改革以及师资队伍建设这四个教学改革思路。以期能够通过酒店类实训课程的教学改革来提高旅游业人才供给,能够为酒店业提供高质量的人才,能够为国家发展旅游业做出自己微薄的贡献。
In the context of developing tourism industry in our country, this paper analyzes the teaching status quo of hospitality training courses and puts forward four teaching reform ideas of changing teaching philosophy, curriculum assessment reform, teaching method reform and teaching staff building. In order to improve the supply of tourism talents through the teaching reform of hotel class training courses, it can provide high-quality talents for the hotel industry and make its own modest contributions to the development of the country’s tourism industry.
