前不久,山东淄博市委、市政府停办了已举行过六届的“淄博国际陶瓷玻璃艺术节。”此举一出,舆论鹊起。许多人不能理解为什么这种能带来经济效益和社会效益的一箭双雕之举会半途而废,而当地的老百姓和许多企业却持欢迎态度?!这样的疑问是必然的,但是人们或许不及当地政府明白:靠这种艺术节来繁荣经济的愿望不仅不能实现,政府的财政收入不仅未能提高,相反,却增加了当地人民和工商企业的负担,造成了极大的浪费,得不偿失。老百姓和企业对所谓节会也早有微词。这就给那些热衷于办文化节的地方和企业当头泼了一瓢冷水。同时也促使我们深思:用文化来打经济牌,是否太滥了?是
