发展节水农业是灌溉领域一次全面、深刻的变革,是传统农业向现代农业转变的重大战略举措。本文以亳州市谯城区为例,针对大田节水灌溉工程普遍存在的问题进行分析,并根据该区的实际提出如何发展以节水灌溉为重点的农村水利建设。
The development of water-saving agriculture is an all-round and profound reform in the field of irrigation and a major strategic move of transforming traditional agriculture into modern agriculture. In this paper, we take Baocheng District of Bozhou as an example to analyze the prevailing problems of water saving irrigation project in Daejeon, and propose how to develop the rural water conservancy construction that focuses on water saving irrigation according to the actual situation in this area.
