医学影像技术专业长期坚持改革创新发展,坚持校企合作、产教融合发展,坚持特色办学的道路,通过实践和改革,在学院“政校行企外”五方联动的合作办学体制和“三才有机结合”人才培养模式的总体框架下,实践探索创新形成“医教一体、学教实岗”的专业人才培养模式,团队进一步重构专业课程体系、优化人才培养、编著特色教材,加强教学团队建设,共建形成多功能的影像技能实训中心,进一步推进质量保障体系和人才培养评价机制建设,起到了辐射引领带动作用,通过改革创新专业人才培养质量持续提升。
