H-2系统简史 H-2的研究历史可以追溯到本世纪初,Tyzzer(1909)对小鼠肿瘤移植的遗传分析开始。但一般认为对H-2抗原的系统研究,则应从Gorer(1936)发现抗原Ⅱ的工作算起。Gorer用不同品系小鼠的红细胞免疫家兔,把所得的抗血清检查不同品系鼠的红细胞,发现检出的4种红细胞抗原中的第二种抗原(抗原Ⅱ),只存在于某些品系而不存在于另一些品系小鼠中。阳性和阴性品系的遗传规律符合于简单孟德尔显性特征。更有意义的是他证实这种抗原Ⅱ不仅存在于红细胞表面,且为正常组织以及一株特定的肿瘤
