目的:建立测定核桃花中总黄酮的紫外分光光度法。方法:采用紫外分光光度计UV-2401PC对总黄酮进行含量测定,测定波长为510nm,以芦丁为对照品。结果:芦丁的回归曲线为Y=0.0118X-0.0092,在8.8~79.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9990。核桃花中总黄酮的平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.78%。总黄酮含量为83.3mg/g。结论:此方法操作简便、准确性好,可以作为核桃花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids in walnut flower. Methods: The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer UV-2401PC. The determination wavelength was 510nm, with rutin as reference substance. Results: The regression curve of rutin was Y = 0.0118X-0.0092, with a good linearity in the range of 8.8 ~ 79.2μg / mL with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9990. The average recovery rate of total flavonoids in walnut flower was 99.59% with RSD of 1.78%. Total flavonoids content of 83.3mg / g. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids in walnut flower.
