河北省要克服传统经济发展模式带来的不利影响,实现经济的可持续发展,就必须构建符合循环经济要求的产业结构体系。本课题从四个方面对基于循环经济的我省产业结构调整问题进行了深入研究。
To overcome the unfavorable impact brought by the traditional economic development model and to achieve sustainable economic development, Hebei Province must construct an industrial structural system that meets the requirements of circular economy. The subject from four aspects of circular economy-based industrial restructuring in our province conducted an in-depth study.
