近年来,随着免疫学的广泛、深入地研究与取得可喜的进展,它的成果已逐渐被应用到劳动卫生与职业病领域内,为探讨由于劳动条件对工人身体健康产生有害作用的过程中,机体免疫系统对这些条件的适应性与病理反应发展中所起的作用。当前,由于噪声问题越来越为人们所重视,研究噪声对机体的影响,除了听力以外,已涉及到心血管系统,神经系统等各方面。但是关于噪声对机体免疫功能的影响,却研究得较少。为此,我们在实验室严格控制实验条件的基础上,观察了强噪声对动物一般免疫机能的影响。

Therefore, based on the strict control of laboratory conditions, we observed the effect of strong noises on the general immune function of animals.
