本文的目的是探索抗绿脓(?)菌抗体(Fab’)_2片对实验性绿脓杆菌角膜炎的疗效。实验所用动物为Lewis大鼠,体重200~250克。每个角膜接种一滴培养过夜的绿脓杆菌培养液。接种后将动物分成5组,组1为对照组,不给以任何治疗,其余4组为实验组,在不同时间(接种前或接种后),以不同方式(点眼,结膜下注射,或肌注)给药。结果表明:实验组和对照组有统计学的差异(P<0.01),但实验组之间即不同途径不同时间给药,差异不显著(P>0.05),本文还介绍了抗绿脓杆菌抗体(Fab’)_2片的制备方法。
The purpose of this article is to investigate the efficacy of anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibody (Fab ’) 2 on experimental Pseudomonas aeruginosa keratitis. Animals used in the experiment were Lewis rats weighing 200 to 250 grams. One drop of P. aeruginosa culture fluid was inoculated per cornea overnight.
