利用美国MTS-810测试仪对硅藻土改性沥青混合料的疲劳性能进行了测试。测试结果表明:经过硅藻土改性的沥青混合料,k值提高22.61%~31.29%,说明抗疲劳性能提高,路面使用寿命延长,与SBS改性沥青混合料相似;但n值也增大7.8%~35.6%,说明对应力水平的敏感度也增大。其中用高品位硅藻土制得的改性沥青混合料,会大幅度提高混合料的高温稳定性,同时牺牲了混合料的疲劳性能。
The fatigue performance of diatomite modified asphalt mixture was tested by American MTS-810 tester. The results show that k value increased by 22.61% ~ 31.29% after diatomite-modified asphalt mixture, indicating that anti-fatigue performance and pavement life prolong, similar to SBS modified asphalt mixture; but the value of n also increased by 7.8 % ~ 35.6%, indicating that the sensitivity of the stress level also increased. Among them, the modified asphalt mixture made from high-grade diatomite greatly improves the high-temperature stability of the mixture while sacrificing the fatigue properties of the mixture.
