根据日本学者新山英辅关于型腔扩大机理的观点以及对球铁件凝固过程中各阶段发生的型腔扩大对收缩缺陷影响的分析,提出了一种定量处理型腔扩大的方法.生产和实验验证表明,数值模拟中用此方法处理型腔扩大,所预测的收缩缺陷与实际情况基本相符.
According to the viewpoint of Japan scholar Jojo Joji on the cavity expansion mechanism and the analysis of the influence of cavity expansion on the shrinkage defects during the solidification process of the ductile iron, a method of quantitatively processing the cavity expansion is proposed. The verification shows that this method is used to deal with the expansion of the cavity in the numerical simulation, and the predicted shrinkage defect basically agrees with the actual situation.
