外墙保温系统开裂等对建筑外观、保温效果、安全性等有着严重影响。本文针对保温材料尺寸变化引起外墙保温系统变形、开裂和脱落质量问题开展试验研究,选取常用有机保温材料挤塑聚苯板、模塑聚苯板、聚氨酯进行试验,通过对三种保温材料在不同陈化时间和温度下尺寸变化率的试验对比分析,得到几种保温材料在75%节能建筑中应用的潜在风险,为防止外墙保温系统产生变形、开裂和脱落等缺陷提供参考。
Exterior wall insulation system cracking and so on the appearance of the building, insulation effect, safety and other have a serious impact. In this paper, experimental study on the deformation, cracking and shedding quality of exterior insulation system is carried out based on the dimensional change of thermal insulation material. The common organic insulation material is extruded polystyrene board, molded polystyrene board and polyurethane, Different aging time and temperature dimensional change rate of the test comparative analysis of several insulation materials in 75% of the potential risks of energy-saving buildings, in order to prevent the wall insulation system deformation, cracking and shedding and other defects provide a reference.
