[目的]探讨IL-6基因-572C/G多态性与唐山地区汉族人群脑梗死易感性的关系。[方法]应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法测定唐山地区汉族人群中157例脑梗死患者及163例健康对照人群IL-6基因-572C/G的基因分型和遗传易感性分析。[结果]脑梗死组IL-6-572C/G基因型的分布频率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹥0.05),等位基因频率在两组中也存在统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。等位基因频率的相对风险分析,G等位基因携带者发生脑梗死的风险是C等位基因的1.815倍(R=1.815,95CI:1.305~2.149)。收缩压、舒张压、FBS、LDL、Fg、-572G是唐山地区汉族人群脑梗死发生的独立危险因子(OR值分别为3.95、4.07、6.46、49.12、2.93、6.59)。[结论]IL-6基因-572C/G多态性可能与脑梗死有关,-572G等位基因可能是脑梗死发病的易感基因。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the -572C / G polymorphism of IL-6 gene and susceptibility to cerebral infarction in Han population in Tangshan area. [Methods] The gene of IL-6 gene-572C / G in 157 patients with cerebral infarction and 163 healthy controls in Han population of Tangshan district was determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) Typing and Genetic Susceptibility Analysis. [Results] The distribution frequency of IL-6-572C / G genotype in cerebral infarction group was significantly different from that in control group (P> 0.05). There was also a significant difference in allele frequencies between the two groups (P <0.05 ). Relative risk analysis of allele frequency showed that the risk of cerebral infarction in carriers of G allele was 1.815 times that of C allele (R = 1.815,95 CI: 1.305-2.1449). Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, FBS, LDL, Fg and -572G were independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in Han nationality in Tangshan area (OR = 3.95,4.07,6.46,49.12,2.93,6.59 respectively). [Conclusion] The -572C / G polymorphism of IL-6 gene may be related to cerebral infarction. The -572G allele may be the susceptible gene of cerebral infarction.
