今年以来,在改革开放的大好形势下,全国各钢铁企业及冶金战线的广大职工,为满足国民经济发展对钢铁产品的需求,努力克服原料、能源涨价、供应和运输紧张等困难,千方百计挖潜增产,头四个月,全行业生产钢2840万吨,比去年同期增长11％,产品质量、品种有所改善,经济效益不断提高。但是,在好的形势面前,我们也必须看到工作中存在的不足和问题。目前,反映比较突出的问题:一是合同执行不力。据统计,1—3月份全国统配成品钢材合同率为72.35％,比上年同期下降了5.47个百分点。二是个别企业在生产经营的指导
Since the beginning of this year, under the good situation of reform and opening up, the vast numbers of workers and staff in various steel enterprises and metallurgical fronts across the country have made every effort to tap potential difficulties such as raw material prices, energy price hikes, supply and transportation tensions in order to meet the demand for steel products in the national economy. In the first four months, the whole industry produced 28.4 million tons of steel, an increase of 11% over the same period of last year.
