晋城市第一职业中专始建于1992年,是晋城市惟一一所全日制综合职业高级中学。校园占地面积9万平方米,校舍建筑面积2.7万平方米,固定资产2000余万元。学校开设公共关系、服装设计、装潢设计、汽驾维修、涉外英语、音乐舞蹈、军人预备役、财会电算化8类专业24个教学班,1142名在校生,126教职员工。学校1994年被评为山西省中等实践活动最佳示范单位,1996年被评为山西省合格职业中学,1997年被授予全国群众体育先进集体称号,1998年被评为山西省传统体育学校,同年,
