(一) 为贯彻中央关于科技体制改革的精神,充分发挥专家在防病治病、科学研究和宏观管理中的作用,卫生部组织了16个医学技术各专业专家咨询委员会。1987年成立的地方病和血吸虫病专家咨询委员会就是其中的两个。5年来,两个咨委会较好地完成了卫生部医学技术专家咨询委员会章程规定的任务,在地方病、血吸虫病防治和科学研究的各个方面作了大量工作。
(1) In order to implement the spirit of the Central Government’s reform of the science and technology system, and give full play to the role of experts in disease prevention, medical treatment, scientific research and macro-management, the Ministry of Health has organized 16 expert advisory committees for medical technology professionals. The Advisory Committee of Experts on Endemic Diseases and Schistosomiasis, established in 1987, is two of them. In the past five years, the two advisory committees have successfully completed the tasks stipulated in the constitution of the Medical Technical Expert Consultation Committee of the Ministry of Health and have done a great deal of work in all aspects of endemic diseases, schistosomiasis control and scientific research.
