微碳深冲钢板(03Al),是国内为适应汽车工业发展的需要,开发研制的新一代深冲钢板。在试制生产中发现有时屈服强度σs 偏高,n 值偏低,游离渗碳体析出超标等现象。针对在实际生产中出现的问题,在实验室中对试样进行不同的退火温度(600~750 ℃)和不同压下量的平整(0.4 % ~2.4 % )试验,对组织和力学性能进行观察和测量,分析各种工艺参数对渗碳体析出、晶粒尺寸和性能的影响。结果表明:680~710 ℃退火和0.9 % ~1.2 % 的平整量是保证性能的关键因素之一。
Micro-carbon deep-drawn steel (03Al) is a new generation of deep-drawn steel developed and developed to meet the needs of the automotive industry in China. Found in the trial production sometimes high yield strength σs, n value is low, excessive precipitation of free cementite phenomenon. In order to solve the problems in actual production, the samples were annealed at different annealing temperature (600 ~ 750 ℃) and flattening (0.4% ~ 2.4%) under different reduction in the laboratory, Mechanical properties were observed and measured, analysis of various process parameters on the precipitation of cementite, grain size and performance. The results show that annealing at 680 ~ 710 ℃ and flattening of 0.9% ~ 1.2% are one of the key factors to ensure the performance.
