本研究的目的是调查颞肌前份和咀嚼肌对twin-block功能矫治器治疗的肌反应,定量分析治疗引起的各种变化。 材料与方法 选取10名正处于生长发育期的9～12岁女患者,为Angle Ⅱ类1分类错(牙合),下颌后缩,ANB角>4.5°。所有患者在该研究之前未作过任何正畸治疗,在该研究中,10名患者均采用twin-block功能矫治器治疗。研究使用的仪器是8通道的肌电图扫描仪,
The purpose of this study was to investigate the muscle responses of the anterior temporal muscles and masticatory muscles to the treatment of twin-block appliance and to quantitatively analyze the various changes caused by the treatment.
