本文通过多种指标对我国优秀游泳运动员的身体形态、工作能力、心脏结构与心血管机能进行了研究,分析了游泳运动员心血管变化的特点,指出PWC_(170)、心——股动脉传导速度与STI是评定游泳运动员机能状态的有效指标。

In this paper, the body shape, working ability, cardiac structure and cardiovascular function of elite swimmers in China are studied by a variety of indicators. The characteristics of cardiovascular changes in swimmers are analyzed. It is pointed out that PWC 170, heart-femoral artery conduction velocity And STI is a valid indicator to assess the functional status of swimmers.
