教育是人之根本,在人才济济的今天,如何培养出高素质、高文化水平的学生成了人们广泛关注的话题。数学是一门相对枯燥的学科,因此,教师要采用优秀的教育方式。而出色的人才教育方式不是硬性地灌输知识,而是将开发文化宝库的钥匙交给学生,正所谓“:授之以鱼,不如授之以渔。”好的数学教师不只是教学生数学知识,而是教学生如何来获取知识,这些更在于如何培养学生的主观能动性,以新的教育方式吸引学生。
Education is the root of human beings. In today’s talented people, how to cultivate high-quality and high-level students has become a topic of widespread concern. Mathematics is a relatively boring subject, so teachers should adopt good education. The excellent way of educating people is not to infuse knowledge rigidly. Instead, the key to developing a cultural treasure trove is to be given to the students. The so-called “teaching of fish” is not as good as giving fishing. "Good mathematics teachers do not just teach students Mathematics knowledge, but how to teach students how to acquire knowledge, these are more about how to cultivate students’ subjective initiative and attract students with new ways of education.
