1.采取多种形势进行医德工会教育1.1 对医院医务人员进行职业道德教育,我院1992年一年举办了脱产学习班共九期.每期为十天,参加学习人次达全院职工总人数80%以上,学习形式以讲课为主并结合实际进行讨论,并做社会调查,最后结合学习每人写心得体会,通过学习使得广大职工对医学伦理基本知识有了系统了解,更加牢固树立以救死扶伤实行社会主义的人道主义和全心全意为人民服务思想,这样才能使知识和技术真正的造福于人类健康事业上.
1. Take a variety of situations to conduct medical and trade union education. 1.1 To conduct professional ethics education for hospital medical personnel, our college held a total of nine off-job training classes in 1992. Each period is ten days, and the total number of employees attending the hospital is 10 days. More than 80%, the learning style is based on lectures and discussions with the actual situation, and social surveys are conducted. Finally, each individual learns from each person’s experience in writing. Through learning, the majority of employees have a systematic understanding of the basic knowledge of medical ethics, and are more firmly established to save lives. We must implement socialist humanitarianism and serve the people wholeheartedly so that knowledge and technology can truly benefit human health.
