《土方与爆破工程施工及验收规范》GBJ201—83是根据《土方和爆破工程施工及验收规范》GBJ4—64(修订本)修订而成的。城乡建设环境保护部已批准颁发,从1984年3月起实行。修订工作以原四川省建设厅为主,参加单位有铁道部、冶金部、水电部、中国建筑第二工程局、中国市政工程西南设计院、中国建筑西南勘察院和甘肃、湖南、辽宁、贵州等省建工局,自1979年10月开始至1983年5月基本结束,历时三年多。本规范包括:总则、施工准备、土方工程、爆破工程、工程验收等五章和八个附录,共计215条,其中属于修改条文108条,新增条文107条。另外,删去了原规范条文57条。一、增加和删除的主要内容 1.原规范第二章第八节“水力机械开挖和冲填土方”,一般适用于水利工程,在建筑工程中很少采用,故删去。
The “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Earthwork and Blasting Engineering” GBJ201-83 was revised based on the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Earthwork and Blasting Engineering” GBJ4-64 (Revised). The Ministry of Urban and Rural Development and Environmental Protection has approved the issuance and implementation has been implemented since March 1984. The revision work was based on the former Sichuan Provincial Department of Construction. This specification includes five chapters and eight appendices, including General Provisions, Construction Preparation, Earthworks, Blasting Engineering, and Engineering Acceptance, totaling 215 articles, of which 108 articles are amended and 107 new articles are added. The eighth chapter of the original code, “Hydraulic Machinery Excavation and Filling of Earthwork,” is generally applicable to water conservancy projects and is rarely used in construction projects, so it is deleted.
