阿尔及利亚女性作家阿西娅·杰巴尔的小说从不同角度描写了该国女性的生活状况,揭示了男权社会下被压抑和扭曲的女性世界,发出了争取平等和改变旧秩序的呐喊。作者十分重视在作品中用直接引语来表现女性的独白与对话,对话体承载了小说部分叙述任务,从内容上看,对话成为了小说展现伊斯兰女性丰富内心世界的主要舞台。从文体角度看,作者在小说中对直接引语的偏爱,是强调语言表达对于争取女性平等地位的重要价值。
The novel of Algerian female writer Assia Jebab depicts the living conditions of the women in different parts of the country, exposing the repressed and distorted world of women in the patriarchal society and issuing the cry of fighting for equality and changing the old order. The author attaches great importance to using the direct quotation to express the soliloquy and dialogue of women in the works. The dialogues bear the task of describing the novel in part. From the content point of view, the dialogue becomes the main stage in the novel to show the Islamic inner world. From the stylistic point of view, the author’s preference for direct quotation in his novels emphasizes the important value of language expression in fighting for equal status of women.
