基于人-情境互动理论和社会学习理论,本研究以107位企业CEO为研究对象,考察了CEO的道德责任意识、行业道德约束以及二者交互作用对CEO道德领导行为的影响,以及通过CEO道德领导行为对各层级管理者道德领导行为的影响。结果表明:(1)责任意识、行业道德约束均对CEO道德领导行为有显著正向影响,且二者存在互补效应;(2)CEO道德领导中介了CEO责任意识、行业道德约束以及二者交互作用对管理者道德领导行为的影响,即存在着传递效应。本研究从CEO角度考察了道德领导的问题,拓展了学术界对道德领导的认识,尤其是从个人和情境两方面因素考察道德领导的前因变量,对于理解道德领导是“本性使然还是环境塑造”提供了启示。
