本文针对大功率光纤激光焊接不锈钢板紧密对接焊缝,建立了一个熔池动态信息的近红外图像检测系统,用于焊接熔池视觉信息的采集。应用可见光波和红外光波段滤光组合技术解决了焊接过程中飞溅、等离子体和红外辐射的干扰,在近红外高速摄像机获取清晰的熔池区域图像的基础上,研究了大功率光纤激光焊接熔池图像特征的提取方法,为焊缝跟踪和焊接质量控制提供可靠的视觉信息检测。
In this paper, a near-infrared image detection system for molten pool dynamic information is established for the close butt welding of high-power fiber laser welded stainless steel plate, which is used for the collection of visual information of weld pool. The combination of visible light and infrared band filter technology solves the interference of spatter, plasma and infrared radiation in the welding process. Based on obtaining the clear image of molten pool area in near infrared high speed camera, Pool image feature extraction method for the weld tracking and welding quality control to provide reliable visual information detection.
