目的探讨原发性肝细胞癌中P-gp、p53蛋白的表达及相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测37例原发性肝细胞癌及19例非肝癌肝组织中p53蛋白与P-gp的表达。结果37例原发性肝细胞癌P-gp及p53蛋白的表达率为81.08%和64.86%,19例非肝癌肝组织P-gp及p53蛋白的表达率为42.10%和36.84%,相对应的两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);在原发性肝细胞癌中,P-gp的表达与远处转移相关,p53蛋白的表达与原发性肝细胞癌远处转移、肝内转移以及肿瘤的Edmondson分级相关(P<0.05),而且P-gp表达与p53蛋白的表达间具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝细胞癌的P-gp及p53蛋白的表达,对于临床上认识原发性肝细胞癌的生物学特性,选择合理的化疗用药及估计预后具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of P-gp, p53 protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of p53 protein and P-gp in 37 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 19 cases of non-hepatocellular liver tissues. Results The expression rates of P-gp and p53 in 37 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were 81.08% and 64.86%. The expression rates of P-gp and p53 in 19 cases of non-hepatocellular liver tissue were 42.10% and 36.84%. There was a significant difference between the two (P<0.05); in primary hepatocellular carcinoma, the expression of P-gp was associated with distant metastasis, and the expression of p53 protein was associated with distant metastasis and intrahepatic metastasis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. And Edmondson grades of tumors were correlated (P<0.05), and there was a correlation between P-gp expression and p53 protein expression (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of P-gp and p53 protein in primary hepatocellular carcinoma is of great significance for understanding the biological characteristics of primary hepatocellular carcinoma in clinical practice, selecting reasonable chemotherapy drugs and estimating the prognosis.
