血浆中儿茶酚胺类化合物(CAs)与二苯基硼酸-2-氨基乙酯在碱性条件下生成配合物,经液液提取后,与1,2-二苯基乙二胺(DPE)在适宜的条件下发生衍生化反应,生成相应的二苯基喹喔啉衍生物。这些衍生物在岛津Shim-PackCLC-ODS柱上,用甲醇-0.50mol-1Tris-HCI缓冲液等度洗脱,16min能完全分离;在Wa-tersNova-packC18柱上,用甲醇0.01mol.L-1Tris-HCI缓冲液等度洗脱,10min能完全分离;荧光检测波长:ex350nm,em480nm。去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)和多巴胺(DA)的检测限分别为10fmol.100ul-1.10fmol.100ul-1和12.5fomol.100ul-1。本方法用于正常人及疾病患者血浆中CAs的测定,均得到满意结果。

The method is applied to the determination of plasma CAs in normal subjects and patients with satisfactory results.
