目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定清脉颗粒中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱前加保护柱。流动相:乙腈-水(93∶7),流速:1.4mL·min-1,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃。结果:薯蓣皂苷元进样量在4.44~22.2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993);平均回收率为96.79.70%(RSD为1.34%,n=6)。结论:本方法简单、准确,可用于清脉颗粒的质量控制和评价。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of diosgenin in Qingmai Granules. Methods: The Agilent Zorbax C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the column and a guard column was added before the column. Mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (93: 7), flow rate: 1.4mL · min-1, detection wavelength of 203nm and column temperature of 30 ℃. Results: The injection rate of diosgenin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 4.44-22.2 μg (r = 0.9993). The average recovery was 96.79.70% (RSD 1.34%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of Qingmai granules.
