目的通脉降脂软胶囊对大鼠高血脂症模型血脂的影响。方法通过高脂饮食建立大鼠高血脂模型,设空白组、模型组、通脉降脂软胶囊低剂量组(低剂量组)、通脉降脂软胶囊中剂量组(中剂量组)、通脉降脂软胶囊高剂量组(高剂量组)、血脂康对照组,测定血清TC、TG、HDL、LDL、脂蛋白(LPα)、ALT及AST。结果空白组与模型组比较TG、LDL及血清脂蛋白(LPα)明显升高(P<0.05),各试验组与模型组TG比较明显降低(P<0.01),高剂量组TC与模型组的比较亦明显降低(P<0.05),高剂量组和血脂康对照组与模型组的LDL比较明显降低(P<0.01),各试验组对HDL作用不明显,各试验组和血脂康对照组对血清脂蛋白(LPα)无明显影响,各试验组与空白对照组的ALT、AST比较差异无统计学意义。结论通脉降脂软胶囊量具有降低高血脂大鼠血脂的作用,对肝功能没有显著影响。
Effect of Tongmai Jiangzhi Soft Capsule on Blood Lipid in Hyperlipidemic Rats. Methods A rat model of hyperlipidemia was established by high fat diet. The rats in the blank group, model group, Tongmai Jiangzhi soft capsule low dose group (low dose group), Tongmai Jiangzhi soft capsule middle dose group (middle dose group) TG, HDL, LDL, LPα, ALT and AST in the high dose group and the Xuezhikang contrast group. Results Compared with the model group, TG, LDL and LPα in the blank group were significantly increased (P <0.05), TG in the test group and the model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), TC in the high-dose group and the model group (P <0.05). The LDL of high-dose and Xuezhikang control group and model group was significantly lower than that of model group (P <0.01), and the effect of each experimental group on HDL was not obvious. The control group and Xuezhikang control group Serum lipoprotein (LPα) had no significant effect, and there was no significant difference in ALT and AST between each experimental group and blank control group. Conclusions Tongmai Jiangzhi Capsule has the effect of lowering blood lipids in hyperlipidemic rats and has no significant effect on liver function.
