本文报导5例二尖瓣叶脱垂综合征的临床观察,复习有关文献,并加以讨论。自1963年勃氏等首次记述乳头肌综合征后,经研究已知乳头肌功能不全有几种病理生理基础。有些学者报导二尖瓣叶脱垂综合征有收缩期喀喇音和心尖部收缩中期或后期杂音。在临床上特别强调的有二尖瓣形态改变、左室不协调和心律失常。
This article reports 5 cases of mitral valve prolapse syndrome clinical observation, review of the literature, and to be discussed.
