节能型养护窑已在全国20多家工厂推广使用。这些工厂虽然生产规模不一,但一致反映技术经济效益显著,较之坑养、空腔内直通蒸汽养护优越。使用结果表明,它确有如下优点。一、窑的保温性能好由于采用了新型窑体形式、新的保温结构和新式的卷帘门等措施,大大减少了蒸汽漏损,缩短了供汽时间.窑的保温性能好,测试表明:当窑温为90℃左右时,窑外壁与窑顶表面的温度与气温的温差仅为1~2℃;停汽5小时后,窑温基本不降。二、窑内温度分布均匀,热交换条件好三、缩短养护时间,加速钢模周转不论养护短杆还是长杆,养护周期均能稳定在5小时以内,有些厂家仅用4小时。
