在国家体改委、上海经济区规划办公室和江苏、安徽两省政府的倡导和支持下,南京区域经济协调会成立并召开了第一次会议。参加协调会的成员包括苏、皖、赣三省的16个地、市。这个区域有14万多平方公里,5,000多万人口,600多亿元的年工农业总产值。地方预算内年财政收入48亿多元,加上南京直接上缴的13亿多元,共61亿元。预计到“七五”末期,这个区域的年工农业总产值可突破1,000亿元,年财政收入可突破100亿元,有比较好的经济基础。
With the advocacy and support of the State Commission of Economic Restructuring, the Shanghai Economic Zone Planning Office and the governments of Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, the first meeting of the Nanjing Regional Economic Coordination Association was established and held. The participating members of the coordination meeting include 16 cities and districts in Jiangsu, Anhui and Jiangxi provinces. This area has more than 140,000 square kilometers, more than 50 million inhabitants and over 60 billion yuan of annual gross industrial and agricultural output. In the local budget, the annual fiscal revenue was 4.8 billion yuan plus the direct donation of 1.3 billion yuan from Nanjing, a total of 6.1 billion yuan. It is estimated that by the end of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”, the annual industrial output value of agriculture and industry in the region will exceed 100 billion yuan and the annual fiscal revenue will exceed 10 billion yuan, with a good economic foundation.
