一方面,创新发展要求扩大开放,不能闭门造车;另一方面,缺少创新支撑的开放就等于在激烈的竞争中把本属于自己的利益拱手让人。同样,共享发展也高度依赖创新发展。实现共享发展,不但需要通过技术创新提高劳动生产率,不断把“蛋糕”做大;也需要依靠制度创新把“蛋糕”分好,使全体人民能够公平共享改革发展成果。可以说,创新发展需要协调、绿色、开放、共享发展的整体实施来落实。
On the one hand, the development of innovation requires that we expand our opening up and not create behind closed doors. On the other hand, the lack of openness in innovation support amounts to surrendering our own interests in the face of fierce competition. Similarly, shared development is also highly dependent on innovation. To realize shared development, we not only need to improve labor productivity through technological innovation, we must continue to expand the “cake”, and we also need to rely on institutional innovations to divide the “cake” so that all people can fairly share the fruits of reform and development. It can be said that innovation and development need coordinated, green, open and shared development to implement the overall implementation.
