目的:探讨肺癌组织中PKC基因表达水平与肺癌临床的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色(LSAB)法,研究83例非小细胞肺癌组织中PKC基因表达水平。结果:肺癌组织PKC基因表达水平与肺癌的病期和组织学类型有密切关系。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲa期肺癌PKC基因表达阳性率分别为12.5%、44.8%和60.9%;鳞癌、腺癌和大细胞肺癌PKC基因表达阳性率分别为60.5%、43.3%和30.7%。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌和肺鳞癌的化疗不敏感性可能与其高水平的PKC基因表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of PKC gene and lung cancer in lung cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining (LSAB) was used to study the expression of PKC gene in 83 cases of non-small cell lung cancer. Results: The expression of PKC gene in lung cancer was closely related to the stage and histological type of lung cancer. The positive rates of PKC gene expression in stage I, II and III a lung cancer were 12.5%, 44.8% and 60.9%, respectively; the positive rates of PKC gene expression in squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and large cell lung cancer were 60.5%, respectively. 43.3% and 30.7%. Conclusion: The chemotherapy insensitivity of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and lung squamous cell carcinoma may be related to the high level of PKC gene expression.
