通过数值计算分析了叶轮偏心情况下前侧盖板泄漏流流体的稳态特性。基于一种bulk-flow模型建立了由3个非线性偏微分方程组成的流体控制方程。运用有限差分方法和交错网格得到离散化的控制方程,利用SIMPLE算法来完成对离散化控制方程的求解。根据计算结果给出了给定条件下叶轮前侧盖板泄漏流流体的稳态压力分布和速度分布,并分析了叶轮前侧盖板与蜗壳间间隙和叶轮偏心率对叶轮前侧盖板泄漏流流体的稳态压力分布和速度分布的影响。分析结果表明:二者对叶轮前侧盖板泄漏流流体的稳态特性具有明显影响。
The steady-state characteristics of leakage flow of the front cover were analyzed by numerical calculation. A fluid control equation composed of three nonlinear partial differential equations was established based on a bulk-flow model. The finite difference method and the staggered grid are used to get discretized governing equations. The SIMPLE algorithm is used to solve the discretized governing equations. According to the calculation results, the steady-state pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the leakage flow fluid in the front cover of the impeller under a given condition are given. The influences of the clearance between the front cover and the volute and the eccentricity of the impeller on the front cover Effect of steady-state pressure distribution and velocity distribution of leaking fluid. The analysis results show that both of them have obvious influence on the steady-state characteristics of leakage flow fluid in the front cover of impeller.
