1.2011年12月2日水利部令第44号公布2.自2012年2月1日起施行第一条为加强水文站网管理,充分发挥水文站网功能和作用,根据《中华人民共和国水法》、《中华人民共和国水文条例》等法律法规,制定本办法。第二条在中华人民共和国领域内从事水文站网规划、建设和管理等活动,适用本办法。本办法所称水文站网,是指在流域或者区域内,由适当数量各类水文测站构成的水文监测资料收集系统。
