本文以国家重点高校西安交通大学为研究对象,其材料科学与工程专业为研究主体,分析说明高校研究生“就业优势”逐渐失去,女生就业难的现状及存在的问题,并提出在研究生培养中积极开展职业规划教育,对学生进行全方位就业指导;校企合作,为学生搭建广阔就业平台等解决方案。通过重点分析西安交通大学2010-2014年材料学院的就业情况,探究影响研究生就业因素。
This paper takes Xi’an Jiaotong University, a national key university, as the research object, and its material science and engineering as the main body of study. It analyzes the gradual loss of “employment advantages” and the current situation and existing problems of the employment of female graduates in colleges and universities. Actively carry out career planning education, students full employment guidance; school-enterprise cooperation, for students to build a broad employment platform and other solutions. By focusing on the employment situation of Xi’an Jiaotong University from 2010 to 2014, the paper explores the factors affecting graduate employment.
