手足口病是由多种肠道病毒引起的常见传染病,以婴幼儿发病为主,大多数患者症状轻微,但由EV71感染引起的手足口病重症病例比例较大,病死率较高。引起手足口病的病原复杂,为了解临海市手足口病病原流行情况,特别是优势流行病原,我们根据卫生部《手足口病预防控制指南》和《浙江省手足口病监测方案》的精神,结合本地情况开展了手足口病病原学监测,结果如下。

In order to understand the epidemic situation of hand, foot and mouth disease in Linhai City, especially the predominant epidemic pathogen, according to the guidelines of Hand and Mouth Disease Prevention and Control Guide and Hand Foot and Mouth Disease Surveillance Program of Zhejiang Province of Ministry of Public Health, Combined with local conditions to carry out hand-foot-mouth disease etiology monitoring, the results are as follows.
