文章对山东省县级卫生防疫站近 10年的卫生人力、房屋、设备等卫生资源的建设与发展情况做了调查与分析。经过 10年的建设 ,全省县级卫生防疫站在房屋、设备、人力、效益等方面均有较大发展。但资金投入方向不尽合理 ,大部分都用于房屋建设 ,投入于设备尤其卫生人力建设方面的资金较少。建议今后应注意增加对人力等软件的投入 ,切实加强农村预防保健工作。
This article investigates and analyzes the construction and development of health resources such as human resources, housing, and equipment in the county-level health and epidemic prevention stations in Shandong Province in the past 10 years. After 10 years of construction, the county-level health and epidemic prevention stations in the province have made great progress in housing, equipment, manpower, and benefits. However, the direction of capital investment is not reasonable, and most of them are used for housing construction, and less funds are invested in equipment, especially in the construction of health workforce. It is suggested that we should pay more attention to investing in software such as manpower in the future and effectively strengthen rural preventive health care.
