水土保持措施是小流域水土保持综合治理措施体系中的重要构成成分,它和水土保持生物措施以及其他相关的措施是同等重要的,在实际施行的过程中是不能够相互替代的。水土保持工程主要的研究对象一般情况下来说是斜坡及沟道中的水土流失机理,其实就是在水力、风力以及重力等外部力的作用之下,水土资源损失和受到损害的过程以及工程防治措施,笔者依据实际工作经验展开各个层面的相关分析工作,希望能够在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行研究的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,从而就能够在我国水利事业发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用。
Soil and water conservation measures are an important component in the comprehensive management of soil and water conservation in small watershed. They are equally important to soil and water conservation biological measures and other related measures and can not be mutually substituted in actual implementation. The main research object of soil and water conservation project is generally the mechanism of soil and water loss in slopes and trenches, which is actually the process of loss and damage of water and soil resources and the prevention and control measures under the action of external forces such as water, wind and gravity. Based on the actual work experience, the author starts the relevant analysis work at all levels, hoping to play a certain role in the study of this issue by relevant staff in the future so as to be able to push forward the development of water conservancy in China The process played a catalytic role.
