本文分析了我国经济建设两个根本性转变对成人高等教育产生的影响，以及成人高等教育面对两个根本性转变所表现的不适应性。认为：成人高等教育要更好地适应两个根本性转变，就应该转变观念，建立起主动适应两个根本性转变的机制；进一步解决好自身发展的两个重要问题，努力实现体制模式和增长方式的转变；并坚持主动适应两个根本性转变与遵循自身发展规律相结合。
This article analyzes the impact of two fundamental changes in China’s economic construction on adult higher education and the unacceptability of adult higher education in the face of two fundamental changes. In order to better adapt to the two fundamental changes, adult higher education should change its concept and set up a mechanism to take the initiative to adapt to the two fundamental changes. To further solve the two important problems in self-development, we should strive to realize the institutional model and growth Ways of change; and insisted on taking the initiative to adapt to the two fundamental changes and follow their own law of development combined.
