患者,女,65岁,因“反复咳嗽伴喘息10余年,加重2年”至我院门诊就诊,曾使用丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂治疗3年,症状不能完全缓解。既往有“类风湿性关节炎”病史13年,口服甲氨蝶呤、雷公藤、六味地黄丸治疗8年,症状消失,已停药5年。体检:心肺听诊无殊,双下肢无水肿。辅助检查:肺通气功能+舒张试验阴性。初步诊断:慢性阻塞性肺疾病。给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂(葛兰索史克公司,批号:
