目的 研究眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT表现 ,尤其动态增强扫描在诊断和鉴别诊断海绵状血管瘤中的价值。方法 经CT扫描及手术病理证实为眼眶海绵状血管瘤 41例 ,均行平扫及强化扫描。常规增强扫描组 2 1例 ;动态增强扫描组 2 0例。结果 常规强化扫描组 2 1例 ,有 14例显示不同程度强化 ,术前正确诊断率为 5 2 .38% (11/2 1) ;动态增强扫描组 2 0例 ,有 17例肿瘤大于 2cm ,并显示“渐进性强化”特点 ,术前正确诊断率为 85 .0 0 % (17/2 0 )。结论 动态增强扫描可明显提高眼眶海绵状血管瘤的正确诊断率 ,尤其“渐进性强化”为其特点。
Objective To study the CT findings of orbital cavernous hemangiomas, especially dynamic enhanced scanning in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cavernous hemangiomas. Methods Forty-one cases of orbital cavernous hemangiomas confirmed by CT and pathology were scanned by plain scan and enhanced scan. Routine enhanced scan group 21 cases; dynamic enhanced scan group 20 cases. Results There were 21 cases in the routine intensive scanning group, 14 cases showed different degrees of enhancement. The correct diagnosis rate was 52.38% (11/2 1) before surgery. There were 20 cases in the dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning group, 17 cases of tumors larger than 2 cm, And showed “progressive enhancement” features, the correct diagnosis before surgery was 85.0% (17/2 0). Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can significantly improve the correct diagnosis of orbital cavernous hemangiomas, especially “progressive enhancement” as its characteristics.
