一、工作情况:计划工作在税务机关中是一个崭新的工作,经过一年来的摸索,创造了初步的经验.从五○年八月份第一次计划工作会议以后,提出计划工作的重要性,各级领导同志对于计划工作多已引起重视。有些专区局召集计划会议,传达了省局会议上的决议,研究布置了工作,工作开始有了转变。各级局所报送的材料,不但多数已能及时,而且在量与质的方面,也逐渐全面而准确了。虽然至今我们还没有掌握了一套完整的材料,但是已粗具规模,这对工作的帮助很大,不能说不是计划工作的一
