任何泄水的水工建筑物,包括堰、闸和涵洞、隧洞等只要其水流情况符合有关的水力学计算条件,能够确定流量系数包括淹没系数的定量关系,原则上都可以做为测流建筑物。通过观测水位和闸门开启高度,利用水力学公式和确定的流量系数关系即可推算流量。但目前对水工建筑物测流还存在一些争论,本文拟就以下几个问题谈谈个人看法,供参考.
