目的:对比两种羟磷灰石作盖髓剂促修复性牙本质形成方面的差异。方法:对机械穿髓的狗牙直接盖髓,实验组(nHM、nHPM),对照组CH。观察7d和70d时穿髓处修复性牙本质的形成并进行统计分析。结果:nHPM能诱导完整的牙本质桥而nHM则不能。结论:nHA/PA66作为盖髓剂促修复性牙本质形成能力强于nHA,是一种发展前景较好的盖髓材料
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences between the two hydroxyapatite as capping agents in promoting the formation of prosthetic dentin. Methods: The captive pulp of the dogs with mechanical weaned pulp was directly probed into the experimental group (nHM, nHPM) and the control group CH. The formation of repaired dentin at 7d and 70d was observed and statistically analyzed. Results: nHPM induced a complete dentin bridge while nHM did not. Conclusion: nHA / PA66 is a capping agent that promotes reparative dentin formation stronger than nHA, which is a prospective capping material
