气体软氮化的技术经济效果已经为更多的人所重视。但是,目前国内大多数工厂还没有专用的气体软氮化炉,不少工厂利用RJJ型井式气体渗碳炉改装为气体软氮化炉。各厂改装的方式不尽相同,各有特点。我厂将一台RJJ-25-9T渗碳炉经改装后用于气体软氮化,经两年多的实践表明,效果是好的。该设备的全部改装工作包括尿素打球、风扇轴密封、滴注系统、自动送料、炉气调压等五部分。这里重点介绍一下自动送料和炉气调压两部分。
Technical and economic effects of gas nitrocarburizing have been valued by more people. However, at present, most domestic factories do not yet have a dedicated gas nitrocarburizing furnace. Many factories use the RJJ-type gas carburizing furnace to convert it into a gas soft nitriding furnace. Modifications of various ways different factories, each with its own characteristics. I plant a RJJ-25-9T carburizing furnace for gas soft nitrocarburizing, after more than two years of practice shows that the effect is good. The modification of the equipment, including urea play ball, fan shaft seal, drip system, automatic feeding, gas pressure regulator and other five parts. Here to focus on automatic feeding and gas pressure regulator in two parts.
