用成年杂种狗带血管神经蒂的背阔肌瓣植入人工缺损的心室壁进行实验观察,结果显示,肌瓣与心肌愈合良好,其间有一明显的疤痕带,有血管通连。近疤痕和缝线部,绝大多数心肌和骨骼肌纤维的形态、结构正常,少数纤维萎缩和纤维化。部分骨骼肌纤维呈心肌样改变,肌原纤维重新排列组合。重组的肌纤维呈心肌样分支,胞核大致位于肌纤维中央。本实验说明自体骨骼肌心肌成形术有可行性。
An experimental study on implantation of artificial latissimus dorsi flap in the adult mongrel dogs with artificial dilated latissimus dorsi flap showed that the flap and the myocardium healed well with a marked scar band and vascular continuity. Near the scar and suture Department, the vast majority of myocardial and skeletal muscle fiber morphology, normal structure, a small number of fiber atrophy and fibrosis. Some skeletal muscle fibers showed myocardial changes, myofibers rearranged combination. Recombinant muscle fibers were cardiac-like branches, the nucleus is located in the central muscle fiber. This experiment shows that autologous skeletal muscle myoplasty is feasible.
