资料患者男性,20岁。因自幼面部异常,双眼突出6年于2012年12月就诊本科。患者近1年右眼突出加重,伴眼球脱出于眶外。颌面部检查:额骨前突,顶骨上突,上颌骨平坦,下颌骨前突,面中部凹陷,呈“舟状”(图1)。鼻根低平,钩鼻;牙齿排列不齐,上下咬合关系紊乱,反颌(图2)。眼科检查:远视力:右眼手动/10 cm,矫正无提高,左眼0.15,矫正0.5(-3.5
Data Patient Male, 20 years old. Due to childhood facial abnormalities, his eyes prominent 6 years in December 2012 attending undergraduate. Patients with prominent right eye nearly 1 year aggravated, with the prolapse of the eye orbital. Maxillofacial examination: frontal protrusion, parietal protrusion, maxillary flat, mandibular anterior protrusion, surface depression, was “boat ” (Figure 1).
